Rates include taxes.
Rates for our 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo are quoted for up to four (4) persons per night
and include taxes and condo cleaning prior to guests’ arrival and after departure.
Our rates vary by season, duration of stay, and number of people.
For more than 4 persons, add an additional $25.00 per person/per night up to a maximum capacity of 5 adults.
Please Contact Us regarding fees for additional children.
Minimum stay is 5 nights
Minimum Holiday Stay is 7 nights

Our standard Reservation Deposit is three nights rent + one night stay refundable damage deposit (this may vary for longer stays).
The remaining balance is due 45 days in advance of arrival date.
Payable by Personal Check or Cashier’s Check
$25.00 service charge for any check returned for
Insufficient Funds will be added to total price.
One (1) complimentary housekeeping service is
available upon request for stays of longer than ten (10) nights.
Housekeeping service during stay is available upon request for a fee.
